How to use:
1. Apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste to a dry toothbrush.
2. First, clean the outer surface of the teeth: Place the bristles diagonally at a 45-degree angle to the tooth surface, and press them gently at the junction of your teeth and gums; gently brush the teeth back and forth.
3. Hold the toothbrush flat and clean the biting surface of the teeth back and forth with moderate force.
4. Hold the toothbrush upright and use the front bristles of the toothbrush to gently clean the inner surface of the teeth up and down.
5. Use the tongue scraper to clean the surface of the tongue repeatedly from the inside out to remove food debris and coating on the tongue.
6. Rinse the toothbrush and tongue scraper with running water; drain the water accumulated on the head.
