How to create an account on the Oman Hardware website?

Upon entering the Oman Hardware website, you will find a login option at the top of the page, next to the shopping cart. You can log in by clicking "Log In" or create a new account by clicking "Start Here." This will take you to a page where you fill in your customer information (name, email, phone number, and password), and then click "Join Now."

How can you shop from the Oman Hardware website?

After creating your account at Al-Bashiti, you can start the shopping process by accessing the products you want to buy and then clicking on “Add to Cart”. After finishing, click on the cart at the top to confirm the order and add the delivery location data (street name, governorate, and area), choose a suitable delivery time for the customer, and any other notes. After that, choose the payment method from the various payment methods (cash on delivery, card on delivery, Visa, PayPal) only. After that, confirm the order and get the order number.

How can I use the discount code?

You can add the discount code. After clicking on "Confirm Order", you will see "Do you have a discount coupon?" and you can add the discount code in the designated box and click on the word "Add" and then the code will be applied immediately.

The discount code did not give me a specific discount on my total order as it should have, why?
The discount value from discount codes is applied only to products that are not subject to specific discounts, so if any product that is already discounted is ordered from the site, the discount code will not apply to it.


I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can contact our customer service via social media, WhatsApp, or phone. You will then easily receive your new password.

How can I change my email address?

You can change your email address on the "My Account Details" page by deleting the old email address and entering the new one. Don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to confirm the change.

My phone number is not active and I want to place an order using another phone number, is that possible?
Yes, you can change the phone number on the delivery website for the order you want to place using the delivery website details. Alternatively, you can change the phone number for the entire account by deleting the old number and entering the new one in your account details. Don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page after you're finished to confirm the change.


How can I search for products?
When searching for products, you will find that Al-Bashiti's website gives you a filter option.

Search as the client wishes to select the most suitable option by specifying:

  • Category
  • Brand
  • the price
  • the age
  • Sex
  • Sort by
  • Top-rated, most popular, best price.

Are the products genuine?
Most of Al-Bashiti's products are considered original products from their official supplier, but there are some products that are considered Chinese first class or do not belong to a specific brand. The customer can also verify this through the product itself. If the brand name is written above the product name in blue, then it is original, otherwise not, but it is of good quality, as Al-Bashiti is keen to provide everything that is good and of great material, and when you click on it you can browse all the products of the chosen brand.



How can I modify my information, such as my phone number and delivery address, or modify the products in a specific order I placed on the website?

You can contact customer service to take the appropriate action, based on the order status.


There is a missing product from my order, my order is missing, I received a damaged or incomplete product, what should I do?

How much does shipping cost?
At Al-Bashiti, we understand the importance of receiving your products on time, so we strive to ship your order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination governorate and delivery timeframe.

What delivery options are available at Oman Hardware?

We currently offer 3 shipping options.

  • Standard shipping takes approximately one business hour within Amman and 48-72 business hours for the rest of the Kingdom's governorates.
  • Express shipping which takes 24 business hours for delivery within Amman and 48 business hours for other governorates
  • Express delivery takes 4 working hours within Amman and 24 working hours to the governorates.

Very soon, the fastest delivery service ever in the Kingdom will be added, which will be only two working hours within Amman.

How do I track my order?

How can I place a return request for a specific product?

If you wish to return an order, all you need to do is inform us of this decision along with the reason for the return.
Please have your order number ready and one of our customer service representatives will confirm your order details and complete your return process.

What is the status of products that are not returnable?
If you wish to return your order after receiving it, you must submit a return request to us within 14 days of receiving the order; products that do not meet the following conditions will not be returned:

  • Product subject to misuse
  • Product that has exceeded 14 days from the date of receipt
  • It must be a non-returnable product:

Used furniture

  • Opened parcels.
  • All products are without the original card or packaging.
  • Any products that have been modified, altered, or washed.
  • Used personal care products
  • Underwear "Children's, Women's"

What is the status of the returned products?
The product to be returned must be in the same condition as when it was received, packaged in its original packaging. Products returned within 14 days must be unassembled, unused, and contain all original packaging materials.

How do I get a refund for the return?
We will refund the money using the same original payment method (e.g., purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account used for payment), with no refund for additional fees for returned orders and delivery fees. Returns made via COD (Cash on Delivery) will be refunded.

How is a return requested in practice?
We will collect the products from the original delivery address and refund the purchase price to your credit card. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be credited to your wallet. The refund may take between one and fourteen business days to appear in your bank account.
