Electronic controller for water pump / automatic
There are two main uses for a domestic water pump:
1- Transferring water from the lower tank or well to the upper tank of the house: A float valve must be installed in the upper tank. When the pump is activated, water is pumped from the pump to the upper tank through the automatic control unit and pipes. When the upper tank is full, the float ball closes the valve, thus preventing water flow and increasing the pressure in the pipes. The automatic control unit senses this pressure and automatically shuts off the pump. If the water level in the upper tank drops, the float ball descends and releases the valve, allowing water to flow and the pressure in the pipes to decrease. The automatic control unit then restarts the pump. If there is no water in the lower tank or well, the automatic control unit automatically shuts off the pump to protect it from burning out.
2- Increasing water pressure in the home's water network by installing it on the overhead tank: The pump is used to increase the pressure in the water network. Here, the pump and the automatic control unit are installed on the overhead tank. The pump draws water from the tank and distributes it throughout the home's water network via the automatic control unit and pipes. If all the taps in the house are closed, the water will be trapped in the pipes, and the automatic control unit will shut off the pump. When a tap is opened, the pressure is released, and the automatic control unit activates the pump to circulate the water through the network.
